Dr. Charles Boateng founded Worldview Football Academy with a powerful vision after witnessing the extraordinary talent of young Africans. From local pitches to community spaces, he saw boys and girls with raw skill, great energy, and the desire to grow—but he also noticed that many talented children were not getting the right support to develop their talent the right way.

What inspired him most wasn’t just the football talent he saw—it was the whole life that surrounded that talent. Dr. Boateng realized that young players need more than training drills and matchday excitement. They need a structured academy environment that builds them into confident student-athletes with the right discipline, learning habits, and character.

So the academy was created to become a place where talent is guided, nurtured, and transformed into real ability—on the pitch and in the classroom. At Worldview Football Academy, players receive coaching that develops their football skills, while the academy also takes strong interest in their academic work, attitude, teamwork, and personal growth.

Today, Worldview Football Academy continues to train many talented youngsters, helping them discover their potential and giving them opportunities to improve through organized practice, mentorship, and a clear pathway for development.
